Logitech is seeking an experienced and dynamic PWS Brand & Marketing Operations Program Manager to lead brand & marketing operations processes and programs. This role involves working closely with the BU units and the PWS Brand & Marketing team to deliver high-quality NPI and events Toolkits to the regions on time.
In this key role, you will collaborate across teams to align brand & marketing strategies with business priorities, drive operational excellence, and enable data-driven decision-making to optimize impact and efficiency. - Establish a long-term vision for PWS Brand & Marketing Operations that drives informed decision-making, improves organizational impact, and optimizes ROI.
- Develop and implement scalable marketing processes, systems, templates, and workflows to improve operational efficiency across PWS.
- Optimize and streamline E2E campaign delivery to ensure NPI/Events Toolkit high quality and efficiency, facilitating collaboration across stakeholder groups, including Marketing, C&D, Sales, and Finance.
- Partner with the Digital Transformation Office and other relevant teams to assess, integrate, and optimize MarTech systems and technologies (such as AI, CDP, and automation platforms) that support and elevate PWS global marketing operations.
- Develop a consolidated process for managing global marketing programs and initiatives within PWS to ensure marketing excellence and optimization.
- Develop a comprehensive PWS brand and marketing NPI campaign/events roadmap that aligns with PWS business and marketing priorities and the overarching company brand strategy.
- Coordinate the PWS overarching marketing plan in line with the yearly marketing planning cycle.
- Lead x-BU level initiatives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring exceptional quality and adherence to deadlines.
- Design frameworks and methodologies to analyze, visualize, and report on campaign/event post-mortems.
- Establish and monitor KPIs across campaigns, markets, and channels, delivering actionable insights to enhance ROI and campaign/event optimization.
- Collaborate with CDP to extrapolate audience engagement, behavior patterns, and customer journey insights to maximize the effectiveness of data-driven marketing campaigns.
- Work with PWS Finance and Marketing to align toolkit budgets and resources with the PWS marketing plan.
- Assess performance metrics to inform resource prioritization and adjustment of efforts for maximum impact.
- Mentor and empower a team of marketing professionals to achieve operational excellence.
- Foster collaboration across teams and regions, ensuring consistency in processes and promoting alignment toward shared business goals.
- Create a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the Marketing Operations team.
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:
- Proven experience in marketing operations, program management, and data analytics at a global or enterprise level.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data into meaningful strategic insights.
- Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities, budgets, and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Adept at building and fostering relationships across diverse teams, regions, and functional groups.
- Experience in leading teams and providing mentorship to develop talent while maintaining high performance standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism in delivering reports and presentations.
- Experience with MarTech systems and technologies such as AI, CDP, and automation platforms.
- Background in working with cross-functional teams, including Commercial teams, Creative & Design, Global Communications, Digital Transformation, and Finance.
- Passion for excellence and continuous improvement in marketing operations.
