YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You are responsible for building innovative pricing products with global impact and work together with diverse stakeholders to improve the current AI based price optimization models
• You lead the team designing, developing and evaluating the statistical models to anticipate booking patterns and to innovate pricing algorithms for SIXT markets with the goal of maximizing the revenue per available fleet/car day
• You analyze and improve existing processes and needs of our international business stakeholders in Pricing and/or Yield and proactively share your ideas for innovative solutions and problem-solving
• You keep track of the business impact of your products. You know your KPIs and metrics and apply them to structure and prioritize your backlog
• You continuously shape the pricing & yield vision, the roadmap, and the products in cooperation with the international pricing and yield management business team
  
  
  

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience You have extensive experience and a strong understanding of Pricing and/or Yield Management. Additionally, you may have some experience with AI-based optimization models and have a keen interest in pricing strategies, yield optimization, and analyzing customer behavior. You also possess a solid foundation in revenue management theory
• Education You have a university degree in an applicable field (e.g. computer science, mathematics, operations research, business economics) or proven experience as a Product Owner (m/f/d) or Project Manager (m/f/d) in the environment of an agile organization
• Skills You have strong proficiency in using analytics software (e.g., Python) and database querying tools (e.g., SQL), along with experience using JIRA and Confluence
• Team work You are a team player and find the best solutions in consultation with the team and other stakeholders
• Language You are fluent in English, and knowledge of German is a plus
