How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Identify and assess new licensing opportunities to enhance the Consumer Electronic Licensing Program
- Negotiate and finalize patent licensing agreements in alignment with Nokia’s strategic business goals
- Manage diverse licensing projects, ensuring they meet business continuity and revenue targets
- Develop comprehensive strategies for licensing initiatives and customer engagement plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical experts, patent attorneys, and market analysts
- Maintain high-quality standards and processes within the licensing department
- Foster an innovative work environment that encourages new ideas and solutions
- Monitor industry trends and contestants to inform strategic decision-making and project development
You have:
- Significant relevant work experience in patent out-licensing
- Master of Laws degree
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and presentation skills
- Team player mindset
- Project management skills with a track record of completion
- Creative thinking to address complex problems
- Analytical skills with an understanding of financial analyses
- Willingness to travel and thrive under pressure
