Job Description

As a Senior Manager, Licensing at Nokia, you will spearhead the negotiation and closure of licensing agreements that are crucial to our Consumer Electronics Licensing Program. You’ll work within a dynamic Multimedia Licensing team, driving initiatives that monetize our innovative video compression and Wi-Fi patent portfolios across diverse products—think PCs, TVs, and cameras. Collaborating with technical experts, patent attorneys, and market intelligence professionals, your contributions will directly impact Nokia’s mission to deliver cutting-edge technology solutions globally. How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

• Identify and assess new licensing opportunities to enhance the Consumer Electronic Licensing Program
• Negotiate and finalize patent licensing agreements in alignment with Nokia’s strategic business goals
• Manage diverse licensing projects, ensuring they meet business continuity and revenue targets
• Develop comprehensive strategies for licensing initiatives and customer engagement plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical experts, patent attorneys, and market analysts
• Maintain high-quality standards and processes within the licensing department
• Foster an innovative work environment that encourages new ideas and solutions
• Monitor industry trends and contestants to inform strategic decision-making and project development
  
  

Key Skills And Experience

You have:

• Significant relevant work experience in patent out-licensing
• Master of Laws degree
• Strong negotiation, influencing, and presentation skills
