Senior Supplier Quality Engineer – AV Platforms (m/w/d) - #2141108

Mobileye is looking for a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer to join our Autonomous Vehicle (AV) group and drive product quality at our supplier’s production lines.

In AV, we are building the next generation of autonomous driving products for mass production, targeting both consumer and commercial markets.

In this role, you will ensure product quality at the supplier production line, with a focus on meeting automotive quality standards, driving process improvement, and resolving issues across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support new product launches and supplier readiness.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for supplier issues.
• Lead supplier approval assessments and risk evaluations.
• Collaborate with suppliers on process improvements and cost/value optimization.
• Monitor supplier KPIs: PPM, issue resolution time, warranty, and cost recovery.
• Promote continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, PFMEA, MSA, Poka-Yoke).
• Report on quality performance and escalate unresolved issues.
• Deliver quality training and maintain inspection documentation.
• Support supplier validation audits and APQP activities.
  
  

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• 5+ years of experience in high-volume manufacturing (automotive preferred).
• Proven background in quality assurance and supplier development.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality systems.
• Deep knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and IATF 16949 standards.
• Proficiency in metrology, inspection techniques, and interpreting engineering drawings.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting capabilities.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and adaptable in dynamic environments.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication in German & English is a must
