Our Administrative Assistant - Quality is responsible for sustaining and enhancing overall quality standards, training, and guest satisfaction. They also act as the bridge between the hotel and guests, addressing inquiries and supporting operational needs.

Essential Duties:

• Monitor, analyze, and report on guest feedback and operational performance across all departments.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying trends and translating guest data into actionable insights.
• Ensure consistent execution of brand standards and quality audits.
• Collaborate with the Hotel Manager and departmental leaders to foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Maintain high service standards and drive guest satisfaction.
• Support internal audits, quality initiatives, and interdepartmental coordination.
• Uphold health, safety, and aesthetic standards throughout the property.
• Align activities with Rosewood Hotel Group’s purpose-led vision and quality culture.
