Your Job

• You will be responsible for translating and establishing creative wordings for an inspiring customer communication and customer experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a successful launch of our loyalty program in the Netherlands and Poland.
• Together as a team we develop the loyalty program further with focus on the country specific differences.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement customer communication strategies, targeting our diverse customer base through various channels (website, app, newsletter, push notifications, in-app messages, in-shop promotions).
• You will create briefings and coordinate tasks between the CRM and graphic departments.
  
  

Your Profile

• Fluency in English and advance in Dutch is essential for effective communication within the international team and between departments.
• Availability for at least 6 months, ideally working 20 hours per week.
• You are creative, detail oriented and have an intuition about appealing customer communication.
• You work independently, reliably and are a team player.
• You already have first experiences in E-Commerce or Marketing area.
