DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

For the leadership of our DACH-wide Finance team, we are looking for a:

As the Finance Director, you will:

• Lead the Finance/Controlling team for Exclusive Networks in DACH and affiliated regional companies.
• Oversee the timely preparation of financial statements, forecasts, reporting, and budget planning.
• Drive the enhancement of finance platforms, reporting, and accounting processes.
• Manage financial partnerships, including tax advisors, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
• Ensure compliance with legal and company standards, as well as risk and liquidity management.
• Optimize cost structures through effective controlling, service provider negotiations, and resource planning.
• Support cross-functional digitalization and automation projects in finance.
• Use data-driven insights to identify strategic actions and drive business decisions.
  
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

The ideal Finance Director:

• Degree in Business Administration, specializing in Finance or Controlling, or an equivalent qualification.
• Extensive finance experience in an international corporation, ideally in wholesale.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a mid-sized team.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset, identifying opportunities to enhance business value.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.
