We are Workerbase - an ambitious team working on an innovative software platform that helps digitize manual working processes. So far, we gained trust with Fortune 500 companies such as Porsche, Siemens, Gazelle Bikes, and many others, who are using our platform to optimize their workflows. We raised our Series A with €10m in 2022 from top investors such as Point 9, Almaz Capital, Porsche Ventures.

Now we need an Intern in Automation & AI to help us reach the next milestone.

What we will trust you with is:

• Explore Automation & AI: Dive into the exciting world of AI agents, APIs, and automation tools to help optimize our internal processes. This isn’t just about automating tasks — it's about reshaping the way we work and using cutting-edge technology to streamline operations across Marketing, Sales, HR, and Tech.
• Leverage a Variety of Tools: You’ll work with a range of tools to connect, enrich, and automate data flows across systems, using APIs, AI-driven solutions, and automation platforms. Your role is to pull data from various sources, enhance it with insights, and create efficient workflows that streamline business operations.
• Automate Business Workflows: Help integrate and automate cross-functional processes. This includes everything from marketing outreach to data management, using AI to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement.
  
  
  

Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with engineers, product managers, and other business teams to develop and implement automation solutions that transform the way we operate. You'll be building the future of business operations by integrating tools and AI across departments.

• You’re pursuing a degree in technology or business with a tech focus at a top university.
• You’re entrepreneurial and excited about leveraging AI and automation to create real business value.
• You thrive on detail, with a sharp analytical mindset and a bias for action.
• You’re passionate about the potential of RPA, APA, and AI to transform business operations.
• You’ve got experience in fast-paced environments like consulting or startups, and you know how to move quickly.
• You’re available for at least 6 months.
