Sie sind Experte im Bereich Buchhaltung und Rechnungslegung und ab Junifür eine neue Herausforderung verfügbar? Dann dürfte folgendes Projekt bei einem internationalen Pharma-Unternehmen in München sehr interessant für Sie sein:

Accounting Specialist

Tasks:

• Accounting of purchasing documents
• Support enhancements and introduce adjustments to the current P2P process
• Checking the balances of vendors in SAP (clearing and settling);
• Perform payments and manage supplier open items
• Achieve KPI goals by daily management of invoices in SAP VIM including follow up and troubleshooting

• Processing Bank statements

• Payroll and bank transfer accounting;

• Ensure that periodic bank reconciliations are completed

• Controlling and monitoring of the Cash Flow

• Managing month end close in SAP

• Monitoring the Insurances

• Specifications Balance Sheet & Closure Preparation of Financial Statements and statutory accounts

• Managing with Local Tax Authorities and Fiscal Advisors

• Creating and accounting of reserves in the end-month closing process;

• Administrating fixed assets ( purchasing, recording, depreciation, stocktaking);

• Implement operational best practices

• Perform any other ad hoc task as assigned

• Intensive collaboration with stakeholders such as Controlling, Procurement, Suppliers, business expert users

Requirements:

• Successfully completed studies in Business Administration or a successfully completed Finance-related professional education
• At least 3 years of experience in general ledger and sub-ledger Accounting
• Experience in financial audit and/or experience in Finance-, Accounting-, or tax-related advisory is an advantage
• Experience in project work and/or the environment of global business services, shared services or in transformation contexts is an advantage
• Good knowledge of IFRS, good knowledge of HGB and international VAT law desirable
• Good knowledge of SAP R/3, SAP ECC or S/4 HANA and MS-Office
• Business fluent written and spoken English and German language skills; languages is advantageous
