Your Role

Develop and implement technical solutions and tools that enhance project management processes
Plan and schedule resources effectively to ensure timely execution of projects and initiatives
Assist in creating and maintaining comprehensive reports on project status, resource allocation, and operational performance
Collaborate with the team to define and optimize processes for responding to tenders and IT questionnaires
Support the maintenance and enhancement of the remote services platform, ensuring seamless connectivity of devices to the cloud
Conduct research and analysis to identify best practices and innovative solutions for digital operations
Participate in meetings and contribute ideas to improve operational efficiency and scalability
Your Profile
Educational Background:
Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a similar field
Familiarity with software development and programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#
Understanding of software delivery methodologies, including Agile or Scrum
Experience in customer service or client-facing roles, with a focus on customer satisfaction and engagement
Demonstrated eagerness to learn and improve processes, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and efficiency
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and stakeholders
