Your Mission – What You’ll Do
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) for the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), you’ll be at the front of our growth efforts. This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-disciplined and driven person to break into B2B tech sales — whether you're just starting out, have good first experience, or changing careers.
In this role, you will need to be proactive. Your curiosity and inner drive will help you uncover opportunities, build strong relationships, and help organizations discover how SECUTIX can improve their audience and visitor experiences.
Your pivotal tasks:
- Research and identify new sales opportunities in the sports and cultural sectors across the DACH region
- Reach out to decision-makers via phone, e-mail, LinkedIn and at events.
- Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls and demos for the senior sales team
- Keep the CRM system (Salesforce) up to date and organized
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and events that generate leads
- Build your knowledge of our platform and industry to engage confidently with prospects
Who you are

You are someone who:
- Has a strong sense of ownership and works in a focused, disciplined, and results-oriented way
- Is motivated by clear targets (KPIs) and knows how to organize your day to consistently move the needle
- Thrives on creating new business opportunities and proactively engaging with prospects
- Is coachable, curious, and eager to learn — you actively seek feedback and want to improve every week
- Communicates clearly, confidently, and professionally — both in writing and in conversations
- Brings energy, resilience, and persistence to a fast-paced sales environment
If you’ve already worked in a B2B sales or outreach role, great — we’re ready to build on that.
If not, but you bring a "hunter mindset," a strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for connecting with people — we’re ready to train and support you.
Also:
- You speak German fluently and feel comfortable in English (our company language)
- You have some experience working with new customer acquisition, ideally via cold calling
- Bonus: Interest in sports, performing arts, museums, or events is a plus
