You’ll act as the bridge between management, hands-on project management, and product owners, taking an active role in our interdisciplinary project teams. Each team brings together a powerful mix of talents: software developers, architects, UX designers, test engineers, and IT administrators. In some projects, our client’s team members also come on board, making collaboration even more dynamic.

You’ll steer multiple complex projects or project streams for one of our strategic clients, taking ownership and making a real impact every step of the way.

You are willing to spend approximately 20% of your time traveling within Germany to conduct important negotiations and strategy meetings with clients in person.

About The Job

• From the very start of each client relationship, you’re in the mix - helping our sales team secure new clients, shaping the project’s initial concept, and setting the stage for a smooth implementation.
• Your role includes end-to-end project planning (strategy and goals, roadmap, budget, schedules) and coordinating sub-project leaders and product owners.
• Together with our clients, you define the key success metrics for the project, keeping both a strategic and financial perspective on track. You establish and monitor KPIs to measure progress continuously, ensuring that these insights are shared with our management as well.
• You stay on top of constraints, dependencies, and risks across sub-projects and provide centralized reporting to our management and C-level steering updates to the client.
• Building and maintaining a strong, trust-based relationship with the client and actively managing all project stakeholders is also central to your role.
  
  

Requirements

• You gained several years of experience leading agile digital transformation projects, ideally in an enterprise environment.
• Analytical and solution-focused, you seamlessly blend traditional project management principles with agile methodologies - tailoring the balance between planning and adaptability for large, complex, business-critical projects.
• Your strengths in organization, planning, and control ensure clear visibility of the project’s overall status and precise budget management.
• You’re an excellent communicator, skilled in negotiation, and confident in presenting to decision-makers and management, both internally and with clients.
• Fluency in German (C1) and English, both spoken and written, completes your profile.
