The successful candidate for the role of Communications Manager Website & Social, will be part of our Group Communications’ Publishing & Editorial team, working directly with social media, website, and other owned platform experts. If you are fluent in digital media formats, are interested in shaping the end-to-end communications value chain, and love to create engaging and high-performing content, we would love to get to know you.

How can you make an impact?

You will:

• Developing cross-channel content creation strategies with your colleagues from social media, online community management, and website
• Planning and creating editorial plans in a good mix of creative awareness and performance campaigns and driving them from conception to implementation and evaluation
• Designing cross-channel content (text, image, video) and preparing it in an appealing way that is appropriate for digital channels and target groups, leveraging the expertise of our communications, marketing, and business experts
• Steering external agency partners to support content creation, community management, paid media, and more
• Understanding and applying market intelligence and news cycles and connecting them with our own editorial plans
• Being an ambassador for digital media in Group Communications and beyond, including experimentation with cutting-edge practices in digital communications technology and tools
• Strengthening the social media standard of the company
• Implementation of the best-in-class website strategy
  
  

What are you made of?

The successful candidate for the role of Communications Manager Website & Social, will be part of our Group Communications’ Publishing & Editorial team, working directly with social media, website, and other owned platform experts. If you are fluent in digital media formats, are interested in shaping the end-to-end communications value chain, and love to create engaging and high-performing content, we would love to get to know you.

• Proven work experience in digital marketing, social media or online journalism for an agency and/or corporate organization (ca. 2 years)
• Deep knowledge of digital trends, social media channels and tools
• Ability to interpret and utilize digital media data and metrics for content performance
• Ability to work across hierarchies and with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent verbal communication and writing skills; English as a first language or near-native level; German is an advantage
• Excellent relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and persuasive communications skills
• Ability to drive processes forward, and develop and communicate prioritization criteria amid shifting context
• Sees challenges as opportunities for growth and permanently striving for creative, outstanding results
• A strong sense of can-do positivity, humor and curiosity
• Resilient character, learning mindset
• Biased to action and collaboration
• Previous experience in business related functions (i.e. Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Investment Management, Asset Management, Consulting, Product Development, Finance, Market Management, Digital / Tech etc.) is a plus
• Experience applying ChatGPT, Generative AI, and Ethical AI solutions
