Your Future Employer:

Your Role as Business Development Representative:
You will be the face of the company in the DACH market—building pipeline, engaging with decision-makers, and booking high-quality demos that convert to long-term customers. This is not a pure cold-calling role: you’ll work with warm leads sourced from pre-qualified event lists, prospect databases, and strategic market campaigns.
- Generate and qualify outbound leads through multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn).
- Book meetings and demos with C-level and VP-level stakeholders.
- Attend 2–4 targeted events per month across the DACH region.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives and marketing to refine sales messaging.
Who You Are:
- Experience: 6+ months of commercial experience (SDR, call center, B2B sales, or similar). Previous SaaS, tech, or market intelligence exposure is a plus.
- Personality/Soft-Skills: Driven, competitive, highly coachable, resilient, motivated, curious and eager to master a complex product in a fast-paced environment.
- Languages: Fluent/Bilingual German (C2 level) and Business-level English.
- Location: Based in Germany (remote), with monthly travel to London HQ and regional events.
