Analyst (m/f/d) Real Estate Asset Management - #2128912

In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to the Asset Management Team throughout the entire "Buy-Manage-Sell" cycle. Your responsibilities include precise data management, analyzing results, and monitoring resubmissions to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and developing presentations that drive team initiatives and facilitate decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

• You provide commercial support for transitioning investments into asset management.
• You assist with ongoing asset management activities, perform profitability calculations during the holding phase, evaluate alternative scenarios, and oversee detailed reporting.
• You support the management of external service providers, ensure the quality of external property managers, and maintain tenant relationships.
• You act as a liaison between various departments such as IPC, risk and portfolio management, accounting, and tax.
• You prepare and monitor property planning, including business plans and DCF analyses, and regularly collect and document market developments and comparable rental data.
• You support commercial project management for maintenance and repair measures, tenant improvements, and optimization initiatives.
• You provide commercial support during sales processes and prepare decision papers for the Investment Committee, sponsors, and other stakeholders.
• You participate in internal and external meetings, take minutes, and manage deadlines.
• You undertake organizational and administrative tasks as needed.
• You collaborate on process development and optimization efforts.
• You engage in cross-departmental projects to ensure cohesive operations.
  
  

Requirements

• You have completed a degree in real estate or economics, ideally supplemented with additional real estate qualifications.
• Internship or working student experience in real estate asset management is a plus.
• You are proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and have experience with cash flow forecasting, ideally with Argus Enterprise.
• You are detail-oriented and possess strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, paired with high accuracy.
• You have excellent communication skills and are fluent in both German and English.
• You have a hands-on mentality and the perseverance to successfully complete projects and tasks.
