Tasks
- As an Event Planning Assistant, you are responsible for the planning, organization, coordination and execution of events.
- Development, elaboration and implementation of monthly events for our target group (group activities for seniors and immigrants).
- Coordination of each event with our cooperation partners and our volunteer team.
- Communication and coordination with internal clients and external service providers.
- Support in the conception, establishment and implementation of new standards, event concepts and strategies.
Requirements
- Backgrounds in Event Management, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, Communications, Tourism are highly desirable.
- Good knowledge of the German language (at least level B2).
- Time commitment: A minimum of 14 hours per month, available in the evenings during weekdays and/or on weekends. Duration: At least 6 months.
- The role requires availability to attend events in the evenings during weekdays and/or on weekends.
- Candidates must be willing to work on-site at our facilities.
