What You'll Do

We are seeking a strong candidate to join our Automotive & Mobility Vantage Team (A&M Vantage). As a member of the team, you will be primarily supporting our European projects, with international assignments as they arise. Working closely with our A&M Vantage analysts and experts, you will be an integral part in delivering industry insights and data to our case teams in the field as well as helping to further enhance our world-class knowledge base and infrastructure.

You will also learn how we approach problems of our clients in order to help them perform better than before and strengthen their market position. The role provides the chance to gain experience in understanding economics, financial modeling within the industry and implementing models into software solutions at one of the globally leading management consultancies.

You can work up to 20 hours/week during your semesters and up to 40 hours/week during your vacation time. The role offers enough flexibility to combine personal, academic and professional life. You have to be an enrolled student in Munich, Germany.

Responsibilities

• Driving knowledge management tasks
• Maintaining and updating the internal knowledge base
• Preparing overviews on internal experts and their skills
• Internally publishing and distributing industry insights
• Supporting our Vantage and Consulting Team in a variety of Automotive & Mobility research topics and analyses
• Becoming an integral part of our competence center teams such as ”Climate Change & Electrification” or “Mobility Innovation”
• Developing new solutions and tools to serve our clients together with experienced BCGers
  
  

What You'll Bring

• Ongoing bachelor's or master's studies with high academic achievements
• Interest and experience for the automotive and mobility industry and related topics are a plus
• Ability to grasp new and complex tasks and topics – high learning agility
• Capable to work in a fast-paced environment and to manage multiple tasks in parallel
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint capabilities
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal credibility, reliability, and service mentality
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
