About the role

As a key member of our expanding IT security team in a dynamic, fast-growing environment, you will play a vital role in enhancing and evolving existing security measures, supporting the implementation of new systems, and establishing IT security processes. Your efforts will be crucial in fostering a culture of security awareness among colleagues. Your Responsibilities

• Design, implement and enhance IT security measures from endpoints (MDR), networks, servers and cloud services in collaboration with other IT departments in a complex multi-location, multi-tenant environment
• Review and improve existing and planned measures
• Analysis and detection of vulnerabilities and threats
• Security Incident Management
• Implement, establish, and manage the IT security process and guidelines
• Raise awareness of the need for IT security
• Conception and implementation of awareness and training measures
• Develop a cybersecurity strategy in cooperation with the team lead, InfoSec

Essential Skills

• Degree in IT security, computer science, technical computer science, or a comparable field
• At least 3 years of professional experience in IT security
• In-depth knowledge in the field of network security, security architectures, and information security
• Fluent English, German would be beneficial

Beneficial Skills

• Experience with IT security frameworks (ISO27001, IT Grundschutz, Tisax)
• Experience with IEEE 802.1X
• Certifications like CISM, CCSP, CRISC, etc.

• Incident management and analysis
• Investigation of potentially compromised devices
• Hardening IT infrastructure components like servers, switches, clients, etc.
• Hybrid IT environments (Windows, Linux, Mac, AD, and MS365 Entra)
