The Risk Processes and Tools Team provides essential infrastructure for the lending business of the Business Unit Project and Structured Finance EMEA, consisting of credit systems, AI tools, methodologies, policies, and process standards. This will be your impact:

• Contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of systems and tools for the lending business, along with working instructions and manuals, in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Work with Credit analysts and Sales teams globally to collect and understand their business requirements. Help them to define use cases and to evaluate the business impact.
• Act as an intermediate between business and IT. Contribute to converting use cases into system requirements and data structures, define test cases, and conduct user acceptance testing.
• Contribute to identification an implementation of potential (Gen) AI use cases.
• Offer videos, trainings, user manuals, and working instructions that help implementing new technologies, tools, or regulatory requirements.
• Stay in contact with users to address their inquiries and to learn what they need. Additionally, stay connected with other teams involved in digitalization and AI initiatives at SFS.
• Participate in international projects aimed at introducing new tools or regulation, or improving existing systems, processes, and methods.
  
  

This is how you'll win us over:

• Education: Studies completed in business, IT, or a related field.
• Experience & Skills:
• At least 2 years of work experience in a financial services, consulting, or IT, with focus on financial services, preferably in corporate lending or project finance.
• Basic understanding of banking standards and banking regulation.
• You can explain complex topics in an understandable and accessible manner, and you have strong communication, teamwork, and networking skills.
• First experience in working in IT projects, using agile project methods, is a plus.
• Ways of working: Analytical skills, a proactive and systematic approach to work, high affinity for emerging technologies, and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Languages: business proficiency in German and English
