Job Description

• Plan and organize warehouse infrastructure and optimize layout and workflows
• Analyze and continuously improve warehouse and logistics processes
• Select appropriate storage and transport equipment based on operational needs
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations, internal quality standards, and GMP/FDA guidelines
• Manage and oversee inbound, outbound, and shipping operations
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, labeling, and dispatch of goods
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks
• Identify and implement measures to increase warehouse efficiency
• Evaluate and select transport service providers, including structured tender processes
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse environment
• Document and report any logistical issues or deviations from standard procedures
  
  

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in logistics, warehouse management, or a related field
• Experience in a GMP/FDA-regulated environment is preferred
• Proficient in using warehouse and logistics software/tools
• Ability to work independently and proactively improve processes
• Strong team player with a high level of responsibility
• Good communication skills in English (German language skills are a plus)
