Key responsibilities:

• Optimize Global Supply Planning: Lead supply planning process that balance demand, transportation, manufacturing, and washing capacity, ensuring efficient asset utilization, revenue maximization and cost optimization.
• Manage Inventory and Network Operations: Maintain optimal inventory levels, oversee the redistribution of pooled assets, and ensure seamless operations across the global supply chain network.
• Foster Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with sales, operations, procurement, and finance teams to align supply planning with business objectives and uphold exceptional service levels.
• Achieve Financial and Operational Goals: Drive CAPEX and OPEX targets while delivering savings and improvement initiatives, such as enhanced asset utilization and improved Turn-Rate, without compromising customer service.
• Secure Efficient and Reliable Supply: Minimize waste while maintaining a sufficient and efficient supply plan to ensure high customer satisfaction and prevent service disruptions.
• Think Strategically and Execute Effectively: Combine strategic and analytical thinking with creativity, a solutions-oriented mindset, and a proactive approach to driving results.
  
  

We expect:

• Educational Background: Master’s degree (MSc) in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or Statistics.
• Extensive Experience: Several years of experience in Supply Chain functions such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Inventory Management within environments handling both manufactured and sourced finished goods. Additionally, experience in designing, implementing, and executing S&OP-related processes.
• Supply Chain Expertise: In-depth knowledge of supply and demand balancing across complex, multi-regional networks with primary expertise in Supply Planning.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise with S&OP/S&OE platforms, reporting tools, and best practices for SAP software, including Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience in developing and managing supply plans across multiple regions and markets, ideally within a global or multi-regional context.
• Language skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
