- As a Business Analyst (all genders) Strategic Corporate Development, you are part of the Strategy & Operations team and support valantic in corporate development and management, in the implementation of value enhancement measures and process optimization. You will work closely with the Managing Directors of the valantic Group
- You are in touch with all functions at valantic - from M&A and post-merger integration to sales, finance & controlling
- You manage and coordinate project-specific initiatives across the company and divisions. This includes the organization, implementation and follow-up of topics, as well as deadline and document management. You act as a link between the group and the operational consulting companies
- You help us to bring transparency to finance, sales and operations data and make recommendations for action based on the newly acquired information
- Your presentations, reports, evaluations and results help to make decisions within the framework of our divisional committees and regular consultations with management
- After completing an excellent degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, (Business) Engineering or a similar field of study, you have already completed internships in relevant areas such as management, technology or strategy consulting or corporate development in a company
- Your enthusiasm for the IT market and ideally initial relevant experience in digitization are your driving force, and you can get to the heart of process and technology topics in an understandable way
- You are spurred on by entrepreneurial questions and, thanks to your analytical thinking, you find pragmatic solutions
- You work independently, you can be relied upon to deliver results and you keep your eye on the big picture
- At the same time, you are a convinced team player who can easily integrate and get along in different teams, appreciates colleagues, makes your own contribution and enjoys joint successes
- You quickly familiarise yourself with new topics and situations and communicate clearly, openly and respectfully
- You are confident with MS-Office and ideally with CRM & BI solutions (SAC, C4C)
- You are resilient, motivated and ambitious, and show a lot of initiative and people skills
- You are willing to travel and speak fluent German and English
