Job Description

Holistic Overview: You support the Project Management Office in various regards of digital transformation including:

• Analysis of relevant Data in the fields of project management, team management and budget
• Visualization of Data via Tableau Software
• Creation and Maintenance of Management Reports
• Stakeholder management: You exchange with different stakeholders to get their input and feedback
• Data is key: You test software applications and execute small programming tasks with e.g. Python
• Reliable work: You create documentations in Confluence (Wiki Tool)
  
  

Your Profile

• Study field: You are currently studying Computer Science, Business Informatics or Business Administration with a focus on Computer Science (e.g. TUM BWL) or similar
• Experience: You gained first experience in programming languages and SQL
• Way of working: You are eager to learn how to deal with new tools and applications and you are open-minded to deal with technical content, though engineering skills are not required
• Personality: You enjoy communicating and presenting to Stakeholders
• Skills: You possess a good sense for esthetics, strive for common look and feel “brand creation”
• Language skills: You have fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken

Important information:

• Working part-time: The focus is on studies. Therefore, working student is possible during the lecture period with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
• Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: You must be enrolled, and the examination results or modules of your studies must not have been completed yet, so that you can still work in our team for at least 6 months. You must also not be in a semester of leave.
• You should live close to the site: It is important for us to work with you on site and to integrate you into the team. You should therefore be able to come to the site regularly.
