You support our team as

Chemical laboratory technician / chemical technician / CTA (f/m/d) in product development

Responsibilities

• As a lubricant developer, you handle development requests and coordinate their technical implementation
• From concept to lab and pilot samples – you develop our products through to series production readiness
• You propose raw material selections and develop alternatives in collaboration with our raw materials management team
• You prepare the necessary documentation throughout the development process, particularly for formulations, manufacturing instructions, specifications, FMEA, lab reports, and test plans
• You work closely with other departments in interdisciplinary teams
  
  

Qualifications

• You have completed laboratory-based training (e.g., as a chemical laboratory technician, CTA, or a comparable qualification) and see yourself as a competent contact person for all chemistry-related matters
• You are enthusiastic about tackling complex tasks and enjoy working in the laboratory
• You are quick to familiarize yourself with new subject areas such as lubrication or tribology
• Working independently is as important to you as having the freedom to shape your work environment
• Excellent German language skills and good English skills complete your profile
