About us
At PAVE Space, we are redefining in-space logistics with autonomous and mobile spacecraft. Our first mission is a kick stage, a vehicle that improves satellite deployment by accelerating orbit raising.
As we accelerate our development, we are looking for a Turbomachinery lead to develop the first iterations of our rocket engine pump system. This person will have the responsibility to build on our team’s heritage and play a key role in the design, testing, and optimization of our propulsion system. This is an opportunity to have an impact by participating from the beginning in a big project and contributing to the design and development of a key subsystem.

- You possess strong technical knowledge in propulsion systems, with a solid understanding of fluid dynamics and thermodynamics.

- You are comfortable with taking ownership of key propulsion development tasks, from concept to testing.
- You have previous experience in rocket engine turbomachinery.
- You are able to focus on details, ensuring precision and reliability in everything you do.
- You have experience working in a fast-paced, hands-on engineering environment, where agility, adaptability, and problem-solving are essential.
- Strong English communication skills are essential.
