As our Head of Sales, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities for our fast-growing company in an expanding market. Collaborating closely with the Sales & Business Development Team, you will expand our client base, with a strategic focus on enterprise clients. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of Squalify and spearhead innovation in cyber risk management.

Your mission

  • Drive the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract signing, ensuring seamless execution and high conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to define and implement an end-to-end sales process, optimising lead management, pipeline development, and closing strategies.
  • You are hands-on and own the sales process for key accounts
  • Establish clear revenue targets and develop actionable plans to meet and exceed them.
  • Grow, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team, focusing on recruitment, training, performance management, and professional growth.
  • Oversee sales metrics using CRM tools, ensuring data accuracy and leveraging insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Continuously improve sales processes, tools, and methodologies to increase productivity and efficiency.
  • You prepare, conduct presentations and make demos of our solutions to prospects and potential partners
  • You participate actively in customer contracting meetings, supporting our Legal teams with all customer contract related issues
  • Work closely with Marketing to refine sales positioning and collaborate with Product and Cyber Strategy teams to identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to provide valuable input for the Product team's roadmap decisions.



Your Profile

  • 8+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in scaling a metrics-driven SaaS sales team at a rapidly growing technology company.
  • Wide breadth of experience working with senior executives from different industries
  • Experience cultivating strong co-selling partnerships and channel sales operations.
  • Ability to share vision in a compelling fashion, understand and define requirements, design practical solutions, develop supporting business cases and implement solutions for prospects and partners.
  • Significant experience working with Sales Operations (forecasting, planning, analysis, sales systems, reporting. compensation and quota management.
  • Availability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Hands-on mentality, showing high level of flexibility and adaptability in a fast paced environment
  • Highly organised with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Fluent in both English and German. Working knowledge of a 3rd European language would be a plus
  • Experience with people management would be a plus
  • Experience working at a software start-up would be a plus
  • We offer a hybrid work model, but applicants must be willing to commute to Munich twice a week.
