Your Role

Become part of Tanso and help us grow our digital reach and performance.

As our (Senior) Online Marketing Manager, you will take full ownership of our SEO and SEA strategy and execution. You will ensure that our content is found by the right audience at the right time, and that our paid campaigns deliver strong, measurable results.

This role goes beyond just clicks and keywords — you are a digital marketing expert who connects performance data with strategic business decisions. From content optimization to full-funnel campaign planning, you will directly impact how we grow and generate qualified leads in a fast-paced and impact-driven environment.

How You Succeed

Strategy & Execution

• Develop and execute a holistic SEO and SEA strategy that aligns with every stage of the customer journey.
• Independently plan, launch, and optimize paid search and display campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Create and continuously refine SEO-optimized content to increase organic visibility and drive user conversion.
• Conduct in-depth keyword and competitor analyses to uncover growth opportunities and guide strategic decisions.
  
  
  

Monitoring & Optimization

• Build intuitive dashboards and reports to track performance metrics and inform optimization efforts.
• Analyze key SEO and SEA KPIs and translate them into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate the implementation of technical SEO improvements in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  
  
  

Collaboration & Project Management

• Work cross-functionally with other teams to ensure smooth and consistent execution of marketing initiatives.
• Effectively prioritize tasks and manage timelines to ensure timely rollout of campaigns and content.
• Clearly communicate performance insights, learnings, and strategic updates to relevant stakeholders.

Hard Requirements

• You already live or are willing to relocate to Munich.
• You must have a pre-existing working permit for the EU.
• You must speak English at level C1 or higher.
