IT Support Specialist (m/f/d)

What you want to do

In this role, you are the first point of contact for our employees when it comes to IT issues. With your expertise, you ensure that everyone can work smoothly, optimize existing processes and continuously develop our IT systems.

• Support with impact: you look after and support our employees with IT queries in 1st & 2nd level support and provide quick, smart solutions.
• Hardware & Software: You take care of the installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of IT hardware and applications for our users.
• Efficient ticket management: you process and coordinate support tickets in Jira, maintain an overview and find sustainable solutions
• Rethinking processes: You analyze and optimize our IT support processes, improve tools and methods and contribute new ideas.
• System administration & further development: You are jointly responsible for our Azure, SharePoint, Office 365, Confluence, Jira, Intune and PowerShell systems and keep them up to date.
• Documentation that creates added value: you record IT processes and solutions in Confluence so that knowledge can be used sustainably
  
  

Your experience and knowledge

• You have completed training or a degree in IT or have a comparable qualification.
• You have initial experience in IT support and sound knowledge in the administration of IT systems.
• You enjoy working with people - you are communicative, helpful and like to support users with technical questions.
• You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and IT infrastructures such as Azure and SharePoint
• You are familiar with ticket and documentation systems such as Jira and Confluence
• A solution-oriented and independent way of working is a matter of course for you.
• You have a very good command of German and English and can communicate confidently in both languages.
