Your mission will be…

Strategy Development and Implementation:

Define and implement cybersecurity strategies aligned with business objectives

Drive strategic initiatives across IT, OT, and PSS domains

Develop and maintain the global cybersecurity operating model for SFS

Support the CCSO in strategic decision-making and direction setting

Governance and Program Management:

Establish and maintain cybersecurity governance frameworks

Lead cybersecurity program management and oversight

Coordinate and run cybersecurity boards and committees

Drive implementation of governance processes across business units

Budget and Resource Management:

Develop and manage cybersecurity budgets

Oversee resource allocation for strategic initiatives

Monitor and report on program financials

Evaluate and propose investments in cybersecurity capabilities

Continuous Improvement:

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for cybersecurity processes
• Establish metrics and KPIs for measuring program effectiveness
• Identify and implement best practices across the organization
• Drive process optimization and efficiency improvements
• Partner Management:
• Represent cybersecurity interests in committees
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners and collaborators
• Coordinate with business units and country organizations
• Support communication of cybersecurity initiatives to senior management
  

We are looking for someone with…

Education

Master's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Security, or related field

Advanced certifications in project management or cybersecurity governance (e.g., CGEIT, CISM) highly welcome

Experience & Skills

• Long-term experience in cybersecurity with focus on strategy and governance
• Proven track record in program management and strategic planning
• Experience in developing and implementing governance frameworks
• International business experience is welcome
• Proficient understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards
• Knowledge of IT, OT, and PSS security requirements
• Familiarity with risk management methodologies
• Understanding of digital transformation and emerging technologies
• Ways of working
• Excellent strategic thinking and planning abilities
• Strong partner and relationship management capabilities are helpful
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrable ability to influence cross-functional teams
