You report directly to our Chief People Officer and will be part of our People Leadership Team.

- Partner with the business: You are the expert on compensation and labour law related topics and collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization. You help the business to develop smoothly by continuously evolving our compensation philosophy.
- Evolve People Operations at FINN: Building on a solid foundation, your task is to challenge the status quo and bring our processes and offerings to the next level. This includes our benefits offering, payroll processing, immigration support and much more. Ultimately, you should build a well-oiled machine that executes processes seamlessly while catering to the needs of our employees.
- Drive our employee equity program: All our employees should benefit from the success of FINN, which is why we provide shares to all our employees as part of their compensation. Continuously develop our existing programs and make sure they are communicated internally and externally.
- At least 4 years of experience in different People domains, preferably People Operations.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR management, business administration, or similar.
- Expert knowledge in payroll, compensation and benefits and other People Operations domains. Knowledge in employee equity compensation is a plus.
- Analytical thinking coupled with a getting things done attitude and resilience.
- High degree of integrity and meticulous attention to detail.
- Fluent in German and English.
