What you'll do

• Lead the rollout of digital solutions, focusing on providing order transparency through our self-service tools
• Conduct process analysis and facilitate workshops with markets to ensure successful implementation and adoption
• Oversee testing and training activities to ensure smooth go-live and effective usage of digital solutions
• Act as the primary contact for markets, ensuring data and process quality for digital services and addressing market-specific needs
• Collaborate with development teams to continuously improve digital solutions and provide expert consulting on SAP and CRM processes
  
  
  

Who you are

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Proven experience in process management, digital solution rollouts, or similar roles, with expertise in SAP sales processes (CRM knowledge is a plus)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization and continuous improvement
• Skilled in conducting workshops and training sessions, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Culturally agile, proactive, and solution-oriented, thriving in international, cross-functional environments with fluency in English
