THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Product Marketing Manager for our SaaS offering, you'll be part of a cross-functional team shaping how our software products go to market. You'll help develop and communicate positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that connect with our customers and reflect their needs. From supporting product launches to enabling our sales teams and telling great customer stories, your work will help bring our products to life in the market.
We're looking for someone who can turn complex ideas into clear, benefit-led messaging that resonates across different audiences—from technical users to business decision-makers. You're someone who's comfortable diving into the details of B2B SaaS products, quickly understanding new concepts, and translating them into meaningful value.
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Strategy teams—bringing people together, driving alignment, and helping move things forward. You'll play a key role in planning and executing product and feature launches, prioritizing what matters most, and creating resources that enable our teams to succeed.
You'll gather and synthesize customer, competitor, and market input, and use it to shape our positioning, challenge assumptions, and find new opportunities. Your ability to tell compelling stories will help us connect with our audience and support our subscription-based business model.

How You Will Make An Impact
- Develop deep customer and market insight by engaging with users, analyzing usage data, and collaborating with our Sales and Market Intelligence teams — turning these insights into sharp buyer personas and actionable marketing strategies.
- Own and evolve product positioning and messaging for NavVis IVION, ensuring it resonates across industries, personas, and buyer stages.
- Lead go-to-market strategies for new features, integrations, and releases, partnering closely with Product Management, Ecosystem Partners, and the broader Marketing team.
- Translate competitive intelligence into differentiated positioning and messaging that arms Sales with compelling, value-based narratives to win in the field.
- Equip Sales and Customer Success with clear, compelling enablement materials and insights that address real customer pain points and objections.
- Act as the strategic hub across Product, Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing, ensuring tight alignment and seamless execution throughout the product lifecycle.
- 5+ years of B2B product marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or platform technologies — with a proven track record of driving clear, market-led GTM strategies and positioning.
- A hands-on operator: You're not just shaping strategy — you're also executing it. You enjoy writing first drafts, building slides, managing launches, and iterating quickly, taking ownership from concept to delivery.
- Strategic, analytical, and structured thinking combined with a "builder" mindset — you know how to navigate ambiguity, prioritize impact, and execute fast.
- Strong business storytelling ability: you're skilled at turning complex, technical features into compelling, benefit-led messaging that drives market engagement.
- Natural collaborator with the confidence to lead cross-functional teams, influence without authority, and hold your own in strategic conversations with Sales, Product, and Executives.
- Excellent communication skills in English — written, verbal, and visual — with the ability to both inspire large groups and produce high-quality marketing assets.
- Experience in marketing subscriptions, ecosystems, or workflow-based software solutions is a nice-to-have!
