Make Life Easy for our users by making data-driven decisions with a user-centric approach

• Customer experience
• Reviewing user transactions, including complex cases that need careful decision-making
• Process improvements to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
• Protect our users and their funds from criminals by understanding and applying bunq's AML (Anti Money Laundering) guidelines
• Quickly identify any suspicious activity and ensure compliance with legal requirements at all times
• Assist in the FIU reporting to satisfy our local regulators
• You have a thorough understanding of AML, EDD, and Compliance Operations topics
• You have in-depth investigation & problem solving skills, and have a strong sense of ethics in line with our commitment to ethical financial practices and responsible management of our users' assets
• You speak data and processes - your accuracy and attention to detail helping you communicate efficiently with internal stakeholders
• You're excellent at applying a solution-based approach that puts our users first
• You are an effective and quick communicator in English
• You're proficient in German language
