Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
  • 2 years of experience with data structures or algorithms.
  • 2 years of experience in building software for data privacy or security (e.g., identity and access management).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Experience with supporting the implementation of security solutions for AI/ML systems.
  • Knowledge of threats and vulnerabilities in AI/ML systems, including adversarial attacks and data poisoning.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of Artificial Intelligence (AI/ML) security strategies.
  • Execute automated vulnerability management programs.
  • Implement security controls for AI/ML models, training data, and infrastructure that work at Google scale.
  • Collaborate with distributed engineering teams to define, integrate, and enforce security best practices in the AI/ML development lifecycle.
  • Help identify security risks of AI/ML products through software solutions.
