- 3 Missions of 8 months each, in different areas of supply chain and operations e.g. Procurement, Planning, Logistics, Project Management Office, Quality and Food Safety, Manufacturing, Digital & Performance.
- Responsibility for operational activities
- Leading cross-functional projects to optimize processes and increase efficiency
- Elaboration and development of strategic concepts e.g. for our sustainability roadmap, our logistics productivity or our digital transformation
- Identification of your strengths and interests to take over a challenging position after the graduate program - leadership trainings and mentorship will support you in this process
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering/technology or business administration with focus on supply chain
- First practical experience in supply chain or operations
- Ambitious! The program aims to develop our future leaders
- Excellent communication skills, take initiatives
- Fast adapting to dynamic environments
- Analytical skills & affinity for numbers
- Openness to change location during the program
- Flexibilty to travel within Germany, Austria and Switzerland
- Fluent English and highly appreciated fluent German
