At Alpine Eagle, we are a team of specialists with backgrounds in defence, aerospace engineering and machine learning, building the first airborne, swarm-based system to provide protection against the rising drone threat. We believe that recent conflicts have shown the malicious and disruptive potential of drones in both civilian and defense scenarios. As a Program & Product Manager at Alpine Eagle, you will play a key role in overseeing the development and successful delivery of our counter-drone products. You are the voice of the customer within the company and will be responsible for managing product strategy and execution, aligning engineering capabilities with customer needs, and collaborating cross-functionally with our engineering teams to achieve key product and customer milestones. This combined role allows you to blend your strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to bring innovative drone solutions to life.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Product Management:
• Steer the development and execution of product roadmaps for our product technology by acting as a liaison between our customers and our engineering departments.
• Define product requirements, working closely with engineering, design, and testing to ensure alignment.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions, ensuring that our products meet market needs and exceed user expectations.
• Manage the product lifecycle, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Program Management:
• Oversee the execution of product development programs, managing schedules and resources.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely product releases.
• Track and report on program progress, proactively identifying risks and ensuring mitigation strategies are in place.
• Drive the innovation process, identifying new opportunities for the product portfolio.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Act as the main point of contact for product and program-related discussions, ensuring that all key stakeholders are aligned on objectives and expectations.
• Present product progress and insights to leadership and other teams.
  

What You Need To Be Successful

• A relevant degree in engineering, business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proven experience in program and product management, ideally within the tech and defense industry, with at least 3 years of experience.
• Military experience as an operator is a huge plus
• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle, from ideation to release.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience in using project management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Fluent in English. German is beneficial.
• Passion for drones and defence is a huge plus!
