Your mission
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives in the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) segment. This role will focus on identifying, developing, and closing strategic opportunities across commercial sectors—including manufacturing, logistics, retail, and large-scale infrastructure. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, technical teams, and key decision-makers to expand market presence, drive revenue, and deliver tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
Your main responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the C&I segment, with a focus on long-term strategic partnerships.
- Own the full sales cycle—from lead generation and proposal development to contract negotiation and closing.
- Understand customer challenges and industry trends to deliver consultative, solution-based sales.
- Collaborate with internal technical, product, and operations teams to scope solutions and ensure successful delivery.
- Maintain a robust pipeline and regularly report on key metrics (e.g., deal velocity, forecast accuracy, win rates).
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Drive expansion into new verticals or regions within the commercial and industrial market.
- Lead RFP/RFI responses and large-scale bid efforts, often managing multidisciplinary project teams.
- Mentor junior business development staff and contribute to overall go-to-market strategy.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
- 7–10+ years of business development or consultative sales experience, ideally in the C&I, infrastructure, or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of closing large, complex deals and managing strategic accounts.
- Strong understanding of commercial and industrial customer needs, buying cycles, and regulatory environments.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Technical fluency with enterprise systems, digital transformation solutions, or industrial technologies is a plus.
- Comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Fluent in English, other languages would be a plus
