Phase 1:
- You will implement and configure the core modules of Workday Financials (for Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Sweden) in collaboration with our implementation partner
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Workday Financials into our existing systems
- You will support end-users during the transition phase, providing guidance and assistance
- As a subject matter expert, you will troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise efficiently
- You will lead the rollout of Workday Financials Core in additional specified countries in partnership with our implementation partner
- You will ensure compliance with local regulations and best practices in each country
- You will continuously optimize and enhance the functionality of Workday Financials
- You will independently drive the rollout of Workday Financials Core across the remaining countries, tailored to each country's local requirements
- You will provide ongoing support for the system and its users in daily operations
- Your focus will be on the continuous improvement of the system to achieve the best possible outcomes
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field; an MBA or relevant certification is a plus
- You have proven experience leading Workday Financials implementations across multiple countries
- You possess in-depth knowledge of Workday Financials and its core modules
- You have strong project management skills and a proven track record of successful deployments
- You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- You are capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment
- Experience in the travel and tourism industry is an advantage
- You are proficient in configuring and managing Workday Financials
- You have strong project management and leadership abilities
- You excel in analytical thinking and problem-solving
- You pay close attention to detail
- You communicate effectively and have strong presentation skills
- Experience with multinational deployments is highly desirable
