Job Description

• Shape the future: You will support the development of an internal software solution by designing and setting up a cloud-based hosting and testing infrastructure.
• Focus on the future: You will conduct qualitative analysis of existing databases, tools, and processes to inform the development of the software solution.
• Holistic overview: You will organize stakeholder interviews and workshops to collect requirements and ensure a comprehensive understanding of the project's needs.
• Take responsibility: You will take ownership of setting up HIL (hardware-in-the-loop) test systems and preparing presentations and onboarding sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
• Expand your horizons: You will work on hands-on development of a full-stack prototype and support software architecture design.
• Reliable work: You will ensure the quality and reliability of the software solution through thorough testing and validation.
  
  

Your Profile

• Study field: You are currently studying Computer Science, Informatics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Skills: You bring experience in developing, hosting, and testing web applications, as well as knowledge of clean-code and version control principles.
• Interests: You have a desire to research and apply state-of-the-art software technologies and practices, and are interested in learning about product development processes at Infineon.
• Way of working: You are motivated to take over responsibilities in an agile development environment and are characterized by good communication and presentation skills.
• Personality: You are an ambassador of clean-code and version control principles, and are willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Important information:

• Working part-time: The focus is on studies. Therefore, working student is possible during the lecture period with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
• Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: You must be enrolled, and the examination results or modules of your studies must not have been completed yet, so that you can still work in our team for at least 6 months. You must also not be in a semester of leave.
• You should live close to the site: It is important for us to work with you on site and to integrate you into the team. You should therefore be able to come to the site regularly.
