Your Tasks And Responsibilities

YOU WILL...

• Support the Sales team by proactively reaching out to potential clients via cold calling, with a strong focus on generating initial interest and booking discovery meetings.
• Assist in identifying leads in key industries such as robotics, automation, logistics, and fleet management, using tools like LinkedIn and CRM databases.
• Learn to craft and deliver engaging outreach scripts and value propositions that spark conversations with decision-makers.
• Use tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to track interactions, manage follow-ups, and help maintain an organized sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with Sales team members to understand customer pain points and help tailor messaging accordingly.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to build your skills in B2B sales, communication, and lead generation strategies.
• Share feedback and insights from your outreach efforts to help the team improve messaging and outreach tactics.
  
  

Your Qualifications

YOU...

• Are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or a Master's program, ideally in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Are confident on the phone, enjoy speaking with new people, and are excited to develop your sales and communication skills.
• Have a strong interest in technology, robotics, automation, or logistics.
• Are organized, proactive, and curious, with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Are comfortable using or learning tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Have excellent communication skills in English and German (both written and spoken).
• Are based in Germany, ideally near Munich, and open to a hybrid or remote working model.
• You are expected to graduate within the next 1.5 years and are interested in the possibility of transitioning into a permanent position if our collaboration proves successful.
