Talent Acquisition Specialist EMEA (m/w/d) - #2101910

About The Role

As we continue our transformation journey, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d) - 18 months fixed term contract to strengthen our Global Talent Acquisition team and help us attract top talent in the renewable energy industry.

What You Will Do

• You will take ownership of the entire recruitment process across the EMEA region, from sourcing and engaging top talent to facilitating a seamless hiring experience.
• You will collaborate with Hiring Managers to align on role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
• You will publish job ads across multiple channels to ensure strong visibility and employer branding.
• You will proactively source and approach top candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and networking and create talent pools for critical roles
• You will manage the selection process, including screening applications, conducting first-round interviews, and coordinating further steps.
• You will represent BayWa r.e. at job fairs and industry events, such as Intersolar, to attract top talent and strengthen our employer brand.
• You will contribute to strategic Talent Acquisition projects, helping to optimize our recruitment processes and enhance the candidate experience.
  
  

What You’ll Need To Succeed

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally within a fast-growing international environment.
• Experience with active sourcing, using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools to identify and attract top talent.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess candidate fit and make data-driven hiring decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• A collaborative mindset, thriving in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and adaptability are key.
• A global outlook and cultural awareness, with an understanding of recruitment trends across different markets.
• A proactive, hands-on approach, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
• Passion for sustainability and renewable energy, aligning with BayWa r.e.’s mission to drive the energy transition.
• Fluency in English and German language (other languages are a plus).
