What’s this job all about:

• Project Support: Assist in the planning and execution of HR-IT projects, contributing to the success of digital transformation initiatives for clients


• Workshops and Training: Prepare and facilitate interactive workshops and training sessions for clients to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes


• Reporting and Documentation: Create comprehensive presentations, reports, and documentation to communicate project progress, outcomes, and recommendations


• Solution Development: Collaborate with our consultants to develop and implement innovative HR technology solutions tailored to client needs

What we're looking for:

• Currently enrolled as a full-time student in Business Management, IT, Occupational Psychology or related fields


• Strong affinity for IT and a willingness to continuously learn, adapt to new technologies, and the ability to navigate through different client needs and organizational structures


• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of conducting workshops, delivering presentations, and engaging with clients


• Professional working proficiency (C1) in German and English


• Initial experience in HR or IT is a plus
