As a Product Manager you will shape the future of Kickbase and oversee the development of Kickbase, ensuring it meeting our passionate users needs in combination with our business goals. You’ll manage the product roadmap, immerse yourself in our research data and community feedback, and collaborate closely with all departments within Kickbase.

• You create a constant feedback loop between product and our passionate community


• You support our research unit and incorporate valuable insights into your product decisions


• You analyze product usage data and identify trends or areas for improvement

• You develop and maintain a well-organized product backlog and roadmap in line with our product strategy and company vision & mission


• You facilitate a smooth & efficient product development process in our agile environment


• You create feature requirements and align them with all stakeholders


• You manage priorities around our quarterly objectives and key results


• You identify and prioritize opportunities

• You cultivate an impact-driven mindset in our product decisions


• You create clarity and confidence for everyone around you


• You foster collaboration between divisions for successful product launches


• You create an environment that helps the product division succeed

• You have at least 3 years of experience working on app products in an agile work environment


• You are an empathic and confident communicator in English


• You are well organized to conduct effective meetings internally and with cross-functional teams


• You enjoy active participation in meetings or brainstorming sessions and contribute constructive ideas


• You are a good self-manager and maintain a good overview of your workload and meet deadlines consistently


• You embrace change and adapt to shifting priorities


• You enjoy good teamwork and collaborate effectively with team members from diverse backgrounds and skill sets

• You are based in Munich (Germany) and enjoy working in a nice office with wonderful colleagues


• You are proficient in German (C1+)


• You are passionate for digital products and attend industry conferences, webinars, or workshops to stay informed about the latest trends and best practices
