YOUR IMPACT

• Oversee the full billing cycle, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, payment posting, and reconciliation.
• Manage accounts receivable , tracking overdue payments and ensuring timely follow-ups with clients.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales, Revenue Operations , and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth billing operations and prompt resolution of client billing concerns .
• Serve as a primary contact for customer billing inquiries , offering clear solutions and nurturing positive relationships.
• Maintain high-quality data across CRM and accounting systems, ensuring integration and data accuracy.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of billing processes , identifying and implementing efficiencies .
• Assist the Sales team with understanding client accounts and billing nuances, creating opportunities for upselling or service expansion.
  
  

THIS IS YOU

• You have at least 3 years of experience in billing , accounting or a related role , ideally within a customer-facing context.
• You are proficient with Business Central , Dynamics, and Excel, with a solid understanding of billing and financial systems.
• You have experience with international taxes and cross -border billing.
• E xperience in SaaS companies or similar industries is a plus .
• Fluency in German (C2) and English is a must for clear communication with international clients.
• Your communication skills are excellent, enabling you to effectively collaborate with both internal teams and clients.
• You are detail-oriented , highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently.
• You are eager to expand your skillset beyond accounting, with a strong interest in supporting Sales functions.
