Minimum duration: 6 months 

Are you passionate about Recruiting & Talent Acquisition and want to put your theoretical knowledge into practice? With us, you will familiarise yourself with the recruiting process from A to Z and support our team throughout the entire operational recruiting process.

YOUR TASK

• Recruiting coordination: You manage our central applicant management system and organise job interviews
• Drafting contracts: You create new employment contracts and ensure that everything runs smoothly
• Communication: With your open, engaging demeanour, you ensure a positive candidate experience. As an internal interface, you communicate with colleagues in all positions
• HR projects: After successful familiarisation, you will take on responsibility for exciting HR projects and actively support operational recruiting
• Collaboration: With your eye for detail and your structured way of working, you will help us to continuously improve our processes and make them more efficient

YOUR PROFILE

• Initial experience in human resources and/or talent acquisition/recruiting is a plus
• You can structure yourself and your tasks very well
• You are solution-orientated and proactively contribute your own ideas to the team
• You enjoy communicating with applicants and colleagues - also in English
• You have experience working with MS Office

Dich begeistert der Bereich Recruiting & Talent Acquisition und du möchtest dein theoretisches Wissen in der Praxis anwenden? Bei uns lernst du den Recruiting-Prozess von A bis Z kennen und unterstützt unser Team im gesamten operativen Recruiting-Prozess.

AUFGABEN

• Recruitingkoordination: Du betreust unser zentrales Bewerbermanagementsystem und organisierst Bewerbungsgespräche
• Vertragsgestaltung: Du erstellst neue Arbeitsverträge und sorgst dafür, dass alles reibungslos läuft
• Kommunikation: Mit deinem offenen, verbindlichen Auftreten sorgst du für eine positive Candidate Experience. Als interne Schnittstelle kommunizierst du mit Kollegen in allen Positionen
• HR-Projekte: Nach erfolgreicher Einarbeitung übernimmst du eigenverantwortlich spannende HR-Projekte und unterstützt aktiv im operativen Recruiting
• Mitarbeit: Mit deinem Blick fürs Detail und deiner strukturierten Arbeitsweise hilfst du uns dabei, unsere Prozesse kontinuierlich zu verbessern und effizienter zu gestalten

DEIN PROFIL

• Du befindest dich gerade im Studium, idealerweise mit HR-Schwerpunkt und hast mindestens 6 Monate Zeit uns zu unterstützen
• Erste Erfahrung im Bereich Human Resources und/ oder Talent Acquisition/ Recruiting ist ein Plus
• Du kannst dich und deine Aufgaben sehr gut strukturieren
• Du denkst lösungsorientiert und bringst dich mit eigenen Ideen proaktiv ins Team ein
• Es bereitet dir Freude mit Bewerbern und Kollegen zu kommunizieren – auch auf Englisch
• Du hast Erfahrungen in der Arbeit mit MS-Office
