The Role


This position requires relocation to a state in the USA, with the specific state determined based on company needs during the hiring process. However, it is most likely that relocation will be to the states with the largest population.


The State General Manager (GM) at Entyre is our toughest gig—pure operational horsepower, requiring grit, smarts, and leadership that’s hard to find. You’re the boots-on-the-ground leader, scaling Entyre state by state to deliver life-changing support for family caregivers like Gloria and Kelley. What You Need


This is an ops role through and through. You’ll hire top nurses, streamline admin, and crack the code to onboard clients to Medicaid, waivers, or AAAs at lightning speed. Every state’s a puzzle—and you’ll solve them with local hustle. You’ll own clinical teams, recruiting, customer support, and partnerships, keeping quality “insanely great” while moving the needle on growth. It’s analytical grit meets creative problem-solving, and we need someone who lives for that mix.

What You’ll Do


  • Hire and lead a best in class clinical team—nurses and support staff who deliver.
  • Slash onboarding friction—get families onto Medicaid, waivers, or local programs fast.
  • Fight state regulatory battles and turn compliance into an advantage.
  • Be Entyre’s voice with local stakeholders—clinics, agencies, PR when needed.
  • Feed state-specific needs to HQ, working with tech to fix pain points.
  • Share battle-tested tactics to accelerate other states.
  • Crush it on FAMILY SIGN-UPS—convert every lead HQ throws your way!!!


What You Need To Bring


  • 3+ years in operations management
  • Data-driven chops and rock-solid judgment.
  • A “get shit done” attitude with creative fixes for messy problems.
  • Healthcare or caregiving ops experience a plus—Medicaid know-how is a superpower.
  • Networking skills to unlock local doors—clinics, regulators, you name it.
  • Fearless, honey-badger tenacity and entrepreneurial fire.
