- Transform extensive data into actionable insights, implementing impactful pricing improvements in partnership with Knauf management
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to streamline and optimize pricing through various commercial functions
- Engage with stakeholders across 70+ countries, leveraging data to develop regional and local pricing initiatives
- Develop and deploy cutting-edge KPIs, dashboards, and analytics tools to elevate pricing and sales performance
- Lead global projects by monitoring outcomes and progress, ensuring alignment with best practice targets through a strategic, data-driven approach
- Hold a degree in business or a related field and having strong practical experience in Pricing, Sales, and Analytics roles
- Possess a strong analytical mindset with a proven track record in creating and implementing KPIs, dashboards, and analytics tools like tableau, SAP BW, SQL and price management software
- Excel in communication, adept at aligning diverse perspectives and presenting complex topics clearly to peers and management
- Have in-depth knowledge of pricing structures and sales processes, particularly within SAP, S4/HANA and Salesforce frameworks
- Fluent in English (verbal and written), with proficiency in German at B2 level or higher, enabling effective communication in multicultural settings
