Hi! I'm Wilfried - Head of Talent Acquisition here at zooplus, and I’m looking for a new team member who’s passionate about people, strategy, and making great hiring happen. We’re not just posting jobs—we’re building a talent magnet. And this is where you come in.

As a (Junior) Recruiter, you'll be a trusted advisor to hiring managers, a strategic partner to HR, and a champion for candidate experience. Whether you're filling niche tech roles or scaling our commercial teams, you'll be at the heart of our growth story.

This is more than filling positions. It's about building relationships, shaping hiring strategies, and helping amazing people find a home at zooplus.

What You'll Do

• Own the full recruitment cycle across a variety of functions, across our different offices in Europe (Munich HQ, Krakow, Madrid, London, Vienna)
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and design sourcing strategies that deliver
• Write job ads that actually make people want to apply
• Drive candidate experience with empathy, communication, and transparency
• Use data to guide decision-making, measure success, and continuously improve
• Act as a brand ambassador—telling our story in a way that resonates with top talent
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end recruiting (in-house or agency—we’re open!)
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative mindset
• Passion for sourcing, storytelling, and the candidate journey
• You’re proactive, organized, and love working at pace
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
