Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate project tracking and ensure the timely delivery of work packages and project tasks
• Coordinate closely the efforts of cross-functional teams to prioritize tasks, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Prepare presentations and documentation to communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders, providing transparency and clarity on project progress
• Organize meetings, curate task definition along engineering teams
• Report, align, and collaborate with project managers to set priorities and check milestone status

Essential Skills

• University degree, preferably in business or engineering fields
• Proven experience (2 years) as a Project Manager in a challenging environment
• Strong leadership and concise communication skills in English
• Presentation (PowerPoint) and storytelling skills (diagrams, layouts)
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment
• Fast-learning skills of various software products
• Good time management and scheduling

Beneficial Skills

• German and Mandarin are a plus
• Budgeting and cost control knowledge
• Proactiveness with a focus on anticipating project needs and offering solutions
• Basic understanding of the robotics market, robotics systems
• Flexibility for business trips
