Our dual apps, Daphnee App for pet owners and Daphnee Pro for pet professionals, provide comprehensive solutions for efficient pet care management. What you’ll be doing?

• You will be the leader of the Product & Engineering Team and contribute with your expertise to the continuous development of the product in an agile environment.


• You will take a main part in the product development. You will design and build a sophisticated and highly scalable cloud solution.


• You will discuss the requirements into a domain-driven software architecture.


• You are responsible for delivering high-quality code in cooperation with other developers.

All in all, you will develop and implement Daphnee’s SaaS technology platform, supporting our growth.

We’re looking for someone who has…

• a portfolio demonstrating 3+ years of web application development experience


• high level of proficiency in building web applications based on NodeJS (NestJS), MongoDB, JavaScript and Typescript, RxJs


• working knowledge of contributing apps


• experience how to design backend services (REST APIs, JSON)


• experience with version control Git


• experience working with package managers (Yarn, NPM, etc)


• follow the main coding rules: DRY, KISS, etc.


• enthusiasm about building interactive visual experiences that harness the power of modern hardware

You get extra points if you have experience with:

• Developing software products in a cloud computing environment e.g. - GCP


• Microservice architectures


• CI/CD/DevOps/Kubernetes


• CSS Pre-Processors (Less/SASS)


• Typeform


• Firebase

As our company language is English, you should be fluent in English. Knowing German is a bonus.
